As my courses has been running for a while now, I have a better sense of some of the questions that arise regarding technical matters. I’ve therefore created a troubleshooting guide for you. The most common questions relate to payments or logging in. Read on for an explainer…


If your card is declined, please note that it is your bank or card company that declines the payment, and not me. Sometimes banks don’t like certain online transactions, especially if they are in another country. The best thing to do is to try another card or to use Apple Pay or Google Pay if you have a card connected to one of those. If none of those work, please contact me and I will try to arrange the payment another way.

Please save the log in page in your favourites so you can easily go back to it.


If you have multiple email addresses please make sure you are using the one that you signed up with :-) . Also, watch out for email typos.

Unless you have a Teachable account for multiple courses, do not click on the “Log in with Teachable” button. Just use the normal green “Log In” button.


If you have reset your password but haven’t received a reset email in your inbox, please check your Junk Mail/ Spam Folder.

5. ALSO…

Many issues are browser-related. Restarting your computer, disabling ad-blocker extensions, clearing your browser cache, updating your browser or just trying a different one may solve the problem.

If you can’t view the videos, make sure you’re browser settings are not preventing videos from playing.

You can access my Teachable school

You may already have a Teachable account or have created a duplicate account. This sometimes happens if you change your email address when signing up for different courses.

Step one is to merge your accounts and this should fix the issue – please follow the instructions below. If the below does not fix the issue then please contact Teachable support who will investigate the issue. (When you are logged in to your Teachable/course dashboard you will see the Help? icon)

To merge your user account with another myTeachable account, log in to Teachable and click on the ‘Edit Profile’ button from the drop-down menu on the top right of your school.

Once you’ve opened your user profile, click Disconnect and then click Confirm Disconnect

Once you’ve disconnected your user account, you can now connect the user account to the desired myTeachable account by first clicking Connect – Connecting a New myTeachable Account

Next, enter your myTeachable credentials and click Connect Account – Connect Account Now. Your user account will be connecting to a new myTeachable account.

If you have multiple student accounts, you will need to repeat this process for each account you would like to merge.

You can then login to your myTeachable dashboard at to view your school enrolments in the same place.
