“Strata VIII” showcases my special collage making technique in combination with the fascinating paint pigment - Green Gold. Known scientifically as Copper Azomethine Yellow, this modern metal-complex pigment presents an unusual shade that shifts between yellow and green depending on dilution, imbued with an earthy warmth and a magical glowing amber undertone. It’s an absolute joy to paint with, so expect to see more of my larger work using this special pigment.
